Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator at Zaviago.com, your role is to keep our project trains running on time and in the right direction. You'll be the linchpin connecting various departments, ensuring smooth project flows and helping to turn our strategic vision into reality.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between project teams and customers to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.

• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.

• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure project deadlines are met.

• Determine project changes and oversee project schedules, status reports, and updates.

• Administer and manage project resources, ensuring that the project aligns with user needs and requirements.

• Work on project strategies and prioritize tasks critical to project success.

• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for the team.

• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.

• 0-2 years or more in project coordinator, project management experience (new graduate are welcome)

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the aptitude to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal Thai language skills.

• Well communication in English both written and verbal.

Salary:

• 21,000 - 26,000 baht
